A Public Meeting will be held to discuss the proposed disposal of the Trust Property, Folio WD
11645 in the townland of Glengoagh, (John F. Kennedy Park, Knockanore) to KGK community Development Group.

We are required to have representatives there from the 5 community groups to demonstrate our unity as a community in wishing to have the John F. Kennedy land at Knockanore transferred to the current and any future KGK Community Development CLG.
This is a much anticipated step in what has been a long process so far with many frustrating delays so we are delighted to finally have a meeting to transfer the land from the Dept. Of Agriculture who will send a solicitor to oversee proceedings on the evening. We would be hopeful of a decent attendance on the night and a spirit of agreement for transfer – if anyone has any concerns or wants to ask any questions about this meeting and general progress, please contact either Dan Casey, Chairman or Monica Murphy, Secretary of the CLG.
