Peter Power RIP

Everyone in Shamrocks Gaa would like to send our condolences to the family and friends of the great Peter Power. Peter will have an everlasting legacy at our club and beyond. For decades he coached children in Knockanore NS and helped them find their love of hurling. From the ‘fake hand’ to the ‘holy ball’ he leaves long lasting memories for a generation of school children in Waterford. He also trained our hurlers to win the County Hurling Final in 1999 which was one of the most historic days in our club. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
