Club Notes: 27th April 2026

Lotto

Numbers drawn on Monday 20th of April were 4,15,23,25. The Jackpot was €20,000 . There was no jackpot winner. The €20 winners were Ter McSweeney (Online), Angela O'Connell (Online), Carmel Baldwin, Leonie Hayes and Kay Allen. Next week's jackpot is €20,000. Lotto tickets are on sale from promoters and online. Online tickets are available from the Club Force app (Shamrocks GAA club Waterford) to play the lotto. Also if you play the lotto on clubforce, it is worth checking that your ticket has not expired. There is also a link to the club force app on Shamrocks website. Your support is greatly appreciated. With the jackpot now €20,000 a reminder if you're not in, you can’t win.

League Fixtures

On Saturday last, in the football league we shared the spoils with Colligan. Our next fixture is in the hurling league, which takes place on the 10th May at home against St Mollerans.

Well done to Knockanore NS pupil Vivienne Morrison who represented Knockanore NS at half time in the munster championship game against Clare 2 weeks ago.

Knockanore NS

A huge well done to the boys in Knockanore NS after winning their mini 7s County FInal recently. Great job from all the staff in particular Mr Cronin and Mr Power. We also acknowledge our own volunteers who have made time to help the boys and girls in hurling, football and camoige in recent years. Worth noting the huge contribution from the coaches in Cois Bhride to the development of our future players. No doubt this isn't the last time these players will be winning county titles.
